I have received three products from Gomi, two powerbanks and one speaker.Powerbanks; Functional and looks really cool. They are nice and I would give them an 8/10 for fucntion 10/10 for style. They are a bit bigger with a bit less hold of a charge then a top end one you can get but the process they use to reuse products makes it worht it.Speakers: Amazing sound. BEAUTIFUL one of a kind product. Ive only used it for two charges worth but seems to hold a charge well. Would easily say its a 9/10 and great product.Customer service: Blows the products away. The products are good and nice. Customer service is AMAZING. You can tell they are building a product they beleive in and are passionate about by how fast and thoughtful their customer service is. I had a slight issue with one order, it was dealt with lightning fast and beyond my expecatations. It didn't feel like a corporate response to try and meet goals of hitting a certain number of satified customers while keeping cost down. It was a feeling of this is our customer and we need to make sure each one is treated like they are the only customer.Hope nothing but the success for Gomi and the team their.
