I consider myself tech-savvy, but this was a waste of time with a battery life worse than other options. The product has disappointed both me and the person who gifted it to me. Additionally, the company promised a plaque for investors, which never arrived. My experience as a consumer has been dreadful, and my friend's experience as an investor has been equally frustrating. My advice to potential customers is to steer clear, and I urge the company to focus on improving customer experience. For a brand that boasts durability and a two-year warranty, they should prioritize making functional products. If I don't receive a refund or replacement for what is now a useless item, my disappointment will only grow. Let's hope their customer service is better than their products!
