I ordered a phone on December 8th as a Christmas gift, promising delivery in 3 working days. Now it's December 19th, and I still haven’t received it. The latest update from the company states it's in transit, but no delivery date is known. I've contacted the support team multiple times via their website with no response. I strongly advise against using this service!
