I had a wonderful experience with this store! I ordered six items to Ireland, and the delivery was impressive! Everything was well-packaged in a single box, and the highlight was how quickly it arrived. After paying just under 3 euros for UPS delivery, my order was at my doorstep within 24 hours! Additionally, if I interpreted the tracking number right, the items came from Germany to Ireland. This store has quickly become my favorite in Ireland, and I will definitely recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances!
I ordered a new phone at 16:00 on a Sunday and it arrived by 11:00 on Monday. The service was outstanding. The pricing was fantastic, and the phone is of excellent quality for what I paid. I would definitely recommend the seller to family and friends.
I bought a phone for 242 Euros, and shortly after it arrived, the price dropped to 212. This wasn't just for my color but for other options too. Many other models also saw similar price reductions. I placed my order before the holiday season, which makes me suspect there might have been some price manipulation. While 30 Euros isn't a huge amount, it still leaves me feeling deceived.
I ordered a phone on December 8th as a Christmas gift, promising delivery in 3 working days. Now it's December 19th, and I still haven’t received it. The latest update from the company states it's in transit, but no delivery date is known. I've contacted the support team multiple times via their website with no response. I strongly advise against using this service!
I've ordered several times and appreciate the good prices and quick delivery, but for a duplicate order that needed cancellation, I had to remind them for a refund. It's taken over two weeks to get my money back. Very disappointed as this was not my previous experience. Finally received the refund.
