I have no complaints about the prices or Gomibo's shipping speed. However, I have a huge complaint about the delivery method - UPS. It's the worst delivery experience of my life, and I'm not joking.Today marks 6 days since I ordered a smartphone, and I have no idea where my smartphone is, UPS is still unable to deliver it. Gomibo can't help me, and UPS doesn't respond.Gomibo, if you are a serious company, why do you use UPS? I'm highly disappointed.UPD: eventually I have received my 1000 EUR parcel in a random delivery point (not even close to my home) instead of personal delivery, and the address of this point I had to ask UPS support via Facebook messenger (!?).
