Review Time
Made an order for a Samsung phone as a first time customer attracted by their prices, paid with my own Klarna card.
They processed the funds on my card, so the Klarna invoice on my Klarna account was activated BUT cancelled my order.
No explanation or reason was given at all to me as to why it was cancelled, the only comment they had when I called them was 'we suggest you make an order from another provider'.
Why offer the gomibo.se webpage if your not going to process new customer orders, I suggest you replace whatever security system/people you have in place and come up with better systems/people and excuses.
I wasnt sure about ordering from them at first, so I put my trust into them and bought the phone only to have that trust thrown into the bin.
Gomibo you have a chance to contact me and make amends but untill then.

I have no complaints about the prices or Gomibo's shipping speed. However, I have a huge complaint about the delivery method - UPS. It's the worst delivery experience of my life, and I'm not joking.Today marks 6 days since I ordered a smartphone, and I have no idea where my smartphone is, UPS is still unable to deliver it. Gomibo can't help me, and UPS doesn't respond.Gomibo, if you are a serious company, why do you use UPS? I'm highly disappointed.UPD: eventually I have received my 1000 EUR parcel in a random delivery point (not even close to my home) instead of personal delivery, and the address of this point I had to ask UPS support via Facebook messenger (!?). It's a disaster!UPD 2. Well, the Gomibo support team recently contacted me, assuring me that they are eager to work with UPS to avoid such issues in the future and offered me 30 EUR discount for the future purchases...with delivery via UPS, I assume...
I ordered a Huawei Watch Fit 2 from Gomibo Tuesday afternoon, around 5 pm, and the watch arrived from Netherlands to Central Sweden next day lunch time. I was totally positively surprised and decided to write a review to acknowledge how awesome this shopping experience was. I very rarely write anything besides the usual star rating, so this is deserved exception. Keep up the excellent work Gomibo!
