Made an order for a Samsung phone as a first time customer attracted by their prices, paid with my own Klarna card.
They processed the funds on my card, so the Klarna invoice on my Klarna account was activated BUT cancelled my order.
No explanation or reason was given at all to me as to why it was cancelled, the only comment they had when I called them was 'we suggest you make an order from another provider'.
Why offer the gomibo.se webpage if your not going to process new customer orders, I suggest you replace whatever security system/people you have in place and come up with better systems/people and excuses.
I wasnt sure about ordering from them at first, so I put my trust into them and bought the phone only to have that trust thrown into the bin.
Gomibo you have a chance to contact me and make amends but untill then.
