It works fine. Used it in NYC, but it took until the second day to get connected. I reached out to their online support, which helped resolve the issue. We followed all instructions and toggled the SIM, so don't give up; their support can assist you. The GPS was a bit inconsistent, but overall, it’s good enough for a holiday and at a reasonable price.
