I'm in Panama as a tourists and in desperate need of internet to get around. For 2 months I used this service, both months I lost internet access by the middle of the month. My account shows that it's active and I still have 13 days left. But no internet. The same exact scenario was repeated last month. I certainly DO NOT recommend this organization. The customer service is very poor.
It functioned well overall. Used it in NYC, but it took until the second day to establish a connection. We reached out to the online support team, and they helped resolve the issue. We followed all the instructions and toggled the SIM card on and off, so don't lose hope; their support will assist you. The GPS wasn’t very reliable, often jumping around the location. It’s adequate for a holiday and offered a good price.
After pre-purchasing my eSIM for a trip, I arrived and tried to activate it via WiFi, but it failed repeatedly with a message saying, “This code is no longer valid. Contact your network provider for more information.” Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the support team, I still have no cellular connection after six days. This is very disappointing, especially since I have successfully used similar eSIMs in other countries and recommended them to friends.

It’s great once you get it working. The support team was helpful, and this was my first issue. I faced similar problems on both devices and had to connect to WiFi and restart twice to finally get it working. It was a real hassle during my trip, but I hope this was just a local issue, and I look forward to a smoother connection next time. While my latest experience wasn't perfect, the support deserves 4 stars.
I absolutely love it! It's incredibly user-friendly and has never crashed on me. It can be a bit confusing at first since you need to start your roaming after purchase, but once you get the hang of it, you can buy your plan in advance and activate it upon arrival. I compared several similar applications, and this one offered the best prices. I'm really happy with my choice!
