Basically Nitro Pro works fine - there are however almost monthly incidents where I'm unable to access the functionality. It happens suddenly and the reasons seems to be lack of access to Nitro's server. It is very annoying to have to issue a support case and then wait for then to get back to me as they say "we will get back to yo within one business day!". Why don't they have a chat function to resolve the issues immediately. The tool definitely is not inexpensive - and there should be funds to ensure that users can have issues immediately resolved.
