I have used Nitro Pro for over 10 years both personally and at where I am employed. I am SO disappointed that I cannot get any support for a legacy version I am simply trying to move from one pc to the next. Unable to open a ticket, unable to talk to a person at all. Just want to understand why they are not allowing for an upgrade if that is what is needed or at least to explain. Spent hours trying to get it to work or get help.
