We bought the City Super tour that includes downtown ferry ride. We reached the ferry location on time. The ferry was an hour late. Then the guide who was too rude/busy/uninterested asked us to give them 19$ for the ferry ride each person. I told him we bought the tour option that includes the ferry but he wouldn't have none of that and fleeced us for 38$ (two persons). Finally the ferry came an hour and a half later. On their bus tours, the guide is the bus conductor as well so she regularly has to stop guiding the tour and getting people in/out of the bus. The guiding was a total waste. She kept telling us about Lady Gaga and famous people when all a tourist would want to know is about the city, its building, history etc. She was rude as well to many passengers often shouting and giving dirty looks. The glass on their bus was dirty and scratched making good photo-taking impossible. All in all, avoid at all costs. Don't get fleeced. Run like hell.
