We used GO NY tours (the green busses) in our vacation. That was a big mistake. If all you want is a guided tour through New York City, it is okay. The guides are good. But if you want a “hop on – hop of” service, like we needed, don’t use GO NY (green busses). They don’t have enough busses. If you are lucky, a bus will arrive within 1-1½ hour. That is not good enough. If you want a hop on-hop off bus use “gray line” red busses or “CitySights NY” blue busses. While waiting for a green bus, you will see 6-8 red busses and 4-6 blue busses passing by.
