She was warm and considerate, thoroughly reviewing the instructions in my blood draw kit. Her gentle approach helped me feel at ease. I required three vials of blood, and she worked quickly and efficiently. Claire consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. This was one of the best blood tests I’ve ever experienced. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing a blood draw; she is truly outstanding!

Although the technician performing the blood draw was very pleasant, I felt she lacked sufficient experience and training. Unfortunately, after attempting to draw blood from both arms, she was unsuccessful. I ended up spending an hour and a half traveling and waiting for nothing. Having been a blood donor and having had blood drawn many times before, this was an unusual and frustrating experience.
