Great Company

I have been using this company for over 5 years. There prices for estrogen replacements are so much less! I’d spend about $186/ mo in the US and through PlanetDrugs it’s about $80/3 months!! Not only is the savings incredible but the customer service. During Covid, the package didn’t get delivered and they immediately sent another without charging me. They also try their best to give me discounts. They have called my doctor’s office for refills and called me back if they couldn’t get through. This company is am!

PlanetDrugsDirect not what they used to be

I have been using PlanetDrugsDirect for a number of years and never had a problem… my meds have been fine, the shipping was prompt, and the price was great. Since the pandemic the price has been increasing, but the service is failing. It takes weeks for my med to ship even though they have everything set up. It’s so annoying that I looked into getting the med locally, but it’s still very expensive and not covered by my insurance. I am looking at other Canadian companies at this point and will switch if things don’t improve.

BUYER BEWARE

BEWARE. If it Seems Too Good to be True, it Probably IS. In light of one of my meds costing upwards of $300/month, my husband had looked up Canadian pharmacy resources. 1st, to process an order, they want your banks routing number with a scanned image of your check. Next, you have to wait several weeks for your RX to arrive. We were told my Rx was shipping directly from Mauritius, but it actually shipped from INDIA. The pills looked “dusty” upon opening a few of the pouches, so I was hesitant to try. Ultimately, I chose to go ahead and start taking it daily. The pills have got to be placebos, as I’ve had NO relief from them. Normally, after 1-2 doses of my Rx I would’ve had relief, but NOT with this garbage from India.BUYER BEWARE

I have been using for over a year... And love the service! They contact my doctor when needed for new rx and always receive on time. I use for synthroid...brand name.. Tremendous savings! Highly recommend!

I have been waiting for my order for 7…

I have been waiting for my order for 7 wks now and they said 2 wks ago to go to my Dr. and get a new prescription and get it somewhere else and will not give me my Money back. I guess the good news is they said my order will someday come in but no Idea of when.I feel like they are scamming me. I can't believe they can just keep my money for nothing unless I go to Canada and file some sort of claim. I guess this is what I get from Buying from Canada

You pay for cheap

At first I was thrilled to get my one time prescription at a fraction of what it cost in the U.S. Then they kept calling my phone with sales messages. Worst of all they had a data breach and all my personal information was exposed.
