I ordered two items from GoodBuy Gear one over a week ago and one four days ago. This first item, a bassinet, I have not received any communication on shipping other than a confirmation the day I placed the order. Customer service via their website is non-existent but for a chatbot that was unable to help. The bot then referred my concern to customer service, but I was told I'd need to wait put o 48 hours for a response. The other item, has a label created by UPS, but that's it -- the item has not been received by UPS. Likely will not order from this company again.
