Goodbuy Gear sent me the wrong bag three (3) times for one order that I placed. After the second wrong bag arrived, Goodbuy Gear said they had addressed the problem and would issue a refund. Instead, they sent a third incorrect bag. Despite returning all of the wrong ones sent to me, I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get the refund. I spent hours returning these and reaching out to customer service. They finally issued a refund after I told them I would dispute the charge. Never again.
