I had a very disappointing experience with GoodBuy Gear. I purchased an item as a gift, and it arrived in poor condition, making it unsuitable to give.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer service, no option for a replacement or return was offered. The lack of accommodation or effort to help resolve the situation was frustrating.
This was my first order with GoodBuy Gear and it will unfortunately be my last. I hope future customers will take their business elsewhere.
