I purchased the Silver Cross Jet 3 stroller from this website in November while preparing for my baby’s arrival. My baby has just been born, and when I finally opened the stroller to use it for the first time, I realized that the bumper bar is missing from the box.
This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because I urgently need the stroller now that my baby is here. I have tried to find a way to contact customer service or request help through the website, but there doesn’t seem to be any clear way to do so.
This has been a very disappointing experience so far. I chose this brand because of its reputation, but receiving an incomplete product and not being able to easily reach support is very concerning.
I would really appreciate if someone could contact me as soon as possible to help resolve this issue and send the missing bumper bar or provide a solution.
