I signed up to switch to a Good Energy online late yesterday evening. This morning I received an email saying there was a problem withy switch and should give them a call, which I did. My call was answered very quickly by Manashi, who explained the problem and arranged a new switch date for me. I immediately received another email again saying there was a problem with my switch, so I called again and almost immediately got through to Manashi again. She adjusted the switch date once more ( a day later), in the hope this would fix the problem. What impressed me was that she sent a personal email this afternoon to say she'd looked into my account further and confirmed everything is OK for the latest switch date. So far, I'm very impressed with thier customer service (thanks Manishi). Hopefully the switch will go through now without any further problems.
