had two techs doing the extraction on my hair one on my right side had no planning of what he was doing . He not only pulled the hairs from a isolated area but did it too close to the boarder where i was putting graphs making it too visible. The other tech on my left side of my head blended and spread the area of extraction not making it noticeable like like my right side. looks like i have alopecia and even though my hair has not grown in yet its obvious that my hair is not going to cover it. Obvious this tech had to be a beginner and wasn't supervised properly . The doctor was in the room twice and did the incisions . The 1st tech left after extractions and the second tech who messed up the extraction was now doing the implantations in the room with me for 9 hours sniffling and coughing less than a foot from my head. I am wondering now on the quality of implanting done by someone who messed up my head leaving me with a bald spot on one side of my head next to my donor area making it too obvious to hid. if it was lower i could hide it with shaving the side of my head. i must of been in contact with 12 different facilities and i always requested the doctor to be in the room which eliminated some and it was understood the procedure was gonna be monitored by the doctor and not come in the room just twice . Sorry to have to write such a review but sorrier i picked this place.. not to mentioned i flew back not feeling well and had a three day cold when i got home.
