I arrived at the clinic for a full-mouth restoration consisting of 17 E-max veneers, 8 crowns, and 3 implants. Prior to this, I had completed full orthodontic treatment in Germany- my teeth were healthy, and my bite was corrected.
1. DISCREPANCY BETWEEN OFFER AND REALITY:
The official offer featured a doctor with 14 years of experience and a U.S. PhD. In reality, I was assigned a 27-year-old doctor. I only discovered the dentist's age after my healthy teeth had already been fully filed down for veneers. The doctor’s experience was my primary criteria; instead, I was given a recent graduate. I tried to remain unbiased, which proved to be a massive mistake. Furthermore, the warranty periods promised in the offer were unilaterally shortened upon my arrival.
2. UNNECESSARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES (ATTEMPTED FRAUD):
The surgeon at this clinic insisted on bone grafting (bone augmentation), which would have cost an additional €700 per jaw. My orthodontist in Germany, who was monitoring my process, saw no medical necessity for this. Only after I demanded that the clinic explain the clinical reason for the grafting directly to my German orthodontist did they "suddenly" decide the procedure was not needed. This was not about the money, but about my health, which they were willing to compromise simply to increase the bill.
3. INSTALLATION ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE:
I was kept in a hotel for five days with filed-down teeth. The clinic scheduled the final installation just 4–5 hours before my flight. Despite promises of daily fittings, I was kept in the dark until the very last moment. This lack of time for adjustments led to a horrifying result.
4. INCOMPETENT COORDINATION:
The coordinators, specifically Ivan, were unprofessional and ignored the terms of the Bookimed offer. They denied pre-arranged transfers and showed total ignorance regarding the medical staff's credentials. Ivan’s only response to technical concerns was, "You will love the result," while ignoring my questions about the on-site laboratory and timelines.
5. HIDDEN COSTS:
The final price was higher than the initial offer. When questioned, the staff claimed they had "nothing to do with the offer," exploiting the fact that I had already traveled and started treatment.
6. COLLECTIVE COMPLAINTS:
At the Panorama Hotel, I met four other women in shock over their results. One has filed an official complaint with the French Consulate. We are now in contact to file a collective statement with the Ministries of Health in Turkey, France, and Germany to review the licenses of this clinic.
7. THE RESULT:
The outcome is disastrous. The front crown is a different color than the veneers. Despite my orthodontic history, there are gaps between the teeth which the doctor filled with a temporary composite that fell out immediately. A veneer on the 5th tooth broke within a week. The teeth were made excessively long, the doctor’s "fix" was to grind them down, destroying the translucency and aesthetics I was promised.

The clinic provided inaccurate documentation for my insurance, falsely stating that a missing tooth (requiring a bridge) was present. This prevents me from receiving insurance reimbursement. The coordinator, Ivan, explicitly refused to correct this document unless I deleted my negative review on Bookimed. This attempt to "barter" for legal medical documentation is the final straw.

My husband and I traveled to Zaren clinic feb 25 My husband received dental implants , absolutely amazing and hair transplant. Bahar was his agent , honestly she was unreal , his teeth and hair was exceptional.Full transparency and support from Bahar.His consultation were all about his needs and what exactly the appearance he desires.Me on the other hand went to a different clinic the same week .Worse decision I made.I received dental crowns which are now causing major pain .I contacted Bahar to ask for support although she did not represent me or treat me at her clinic . the support I she has been given I do not know what I would have done without her .So thanks again BAHAR ZAREN CLINIC
Very Bad! "I paid 9000 euros for a dental implant procedure at this clinic, but they did not deliver what was promised. The invoice listed 9 root canal treatments, but they only did 3. They are outright scammers! My teeth are now crooked, when I expected them to be fixed. They are only after your money, and the service is terrible. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!"

Hi everyone. Speaking/writing from Canada. I had an awesome time in Istanbul. The clinic set everything up for me. They picked me at the airport, dropped me off at the hotel, brought me to the clinic to get my procedure done, and dropped me back off at the airport (no extra costs). Their communication with me was impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and pain free through the hair transplant. It’s been now over two weeks and I can tell they did a great job. The hair looks healthy and strong even though it’s not the final result. My family and coworkers were also impressed.A big “thank you” to the doctor, the nursing staff, Omar and Abdul. You guys are all amazing. Only bad part was that I couldn’t speak Turkish and I couldn’t talk to everyone at the clinic who couldn’t speak English. If I want anything else done, I’ll definitely be going back to this clinic.
