This service provider handles repairs for a warranty in a specific area and has proven to be absolutely terrible! If I could rate them with zero stars, I would! They completely ignore emails and do not answer phone calls! Their live chat always indicates they are busy with another customer and to try again later. They failed to show up during the scheduled four-hour window. I finally managed to reach them the following day, and the representative was extremely rude and refused to apologize. She claimed I sent their call to voicemail on the day of my appointment, but it's common knowledge that calls from 1-800 numbers often go to voicemail automatically. Even if that were true, I called multiple times that day and sent numerous emails, yet no one responded. I have reached out to the warranty service to find a different provider, as I do not want this company in my home.
