My main home refrigerator stopped working around Christmas of 2025. I called my warranty company they confirmed an appointment for me for the 30th of December with Goodman Home Solutions. The week of my appointment I got them text message not a phone call a text message that says your appointment is January 2nd 2026 (approx).
I had to go through Goodman Home Solutions because of my warranty company. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life with any type of repair services. Poor to zero communication, poor follow through, makes customers wait long period with appliances and changes appointments without customer knowledge.
When I called their phone number nobody answers when you text message them no one answers. January 7th came and I had a guy come out and he was on the phone with somebody I guess they were troubleshooting or whatever and he said oh I have to order parts it's going to be another week and a half two weeks. I'm having to call them and schedule an appointment again when the the parts arrive at my house. I call and make my third appointment. Same guy came out was on the phone again with somebody still my repair was not done. The technician failed to order all of the parts that were needed. Parts were ordered again had to wait another two weeks. Soon as I had the part in my hand I called again for an appointment they told me I couldn't get an appointment until February. I was scheduled an appointment on February 2nd, however on January 29th or 30th I got a message that says your appointment is scheduled for February 6th. I messaged them back and said my appointment is supposed to be on February 2nd. No response. Several phone calls were made nobody picks up the phone. I called my warranty company on the 30th and filed a complaint I was told somebody would get back with me nobody got back with me. I then received a voice message which they never let the phone ring they went straight to the voicemail prompt and left a message stating that apparently there was an issue on the appointment that they made and confirmed and that now my appointment was on February 6th between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. I get a message on my phone that says the technician is one stop before me I get another message that says the technician is in route at 3:42 p.m. at almost 4:30 p.m. I called the business's phone number multiple times finally got to speak to somebody and of course they can't tell me when the technician is going to be arriving. So the technician finally arrives at almost 4:45 and states that they're outside. So I'm waiting for them to come inside I have to go out there and let them know to come inside. The technician that showed up was not the original technician which I was very thankful for. Because that technician had no sympathy had no compassion that a family had no Refrigeration for over 35 days. The technician didn't even order all of the parts that were needed.
The technician, JR ( I believe was his name) that showed up on February 6th 2026 , was very helpful he was very quick to get my refrigerator working. He explained what possibly happened and showed the parts of how this could happen what happened and that he was going to get it fixed. I am very thankful for this technician. If it was not for Jr, I would still have no refrigerator.
This service provider for a warranty in North Port, FL has been absolutely terrible! If I could rate them lower, I would! They completely ignore emails and don't answer phone calls. Their live chat feature always indicates they are busy with another customer and suggests trying again later. They failed to show up during the scheduled four-hour window. When I finally managed to reach them the following day, the representative was very rude and refused to offer any apology. She claimed I sent their call to voicemail on the day of my appointment, but it's well-known that calls from 1-800 numbers often go directly to voicemail. Even if that were the case, they didn't leave any message. Despite my multiple calls and emails on the day of the appointment, no one responded. I have reached out to the warranty provider to find a different service, as I do not want this company in my home.
This service provider handles repairs for a warranty in a specific area and has proven to be absolutely terrible! If I could rate them with zero stars, I would! A technician had a scheduled repair for my elderly mother's appliance, but he kept saying he was on his way and ultimately did not show up. He then rescheduled for three days later without her consent, leaving her without a refrigerator for weeks. This service is unacceptable and does not treat customers with respect.

My next appointment is set for two weeks from now, which will mean about seven weeks without a functioning appliance that broke shortly after purchase. This has been the worst repair service experience I've ever had due to poor and dishonest communication. I recommend seeking another provider for appliance repairs.
The customer service from this provider is absolutely the worst! In fact, it feels like there is no customer service at all. They do not answer calls, ignore texts, and when I finally managed to access the chat feature, they misrepresented the scheduled date. It took nearly two days just to get into the chat, as it kept indicating that everyone was busy. I am relieved I managed to cancel everything without losing any money. I've been trying to confirm a repair date for four days and eventually found a competent service provider to fix my appliance without any hassle. I strongly advise against using this company.
I had a very negative experience with this service provider. After making an appointment and providing my contact number, I was never called. They claimed the repair was completed without even showing up. After numerous calls to the warranty provider, I have been forced to make another appointment but I'm not optimistic about it. The extended warranty I purchased has led me to this disappointing situation.

I cannot express how frustrated I am with this service. After paying for the service, it should be straightforward to have a technician come to my home, but it has been a nightmare. The first appointment was scheduled for early November, but I received a call that morning saying the technician couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. Despite multiple complaints, they moved it to a later date. After rearranging my schedule again, they postponed it yet again. This is completely unacceptable, and I would never recommend this company.
