I was referred to a service provider for a warranty claim on a new appliance. My initial appointment was set for two weeks after my call. On the day of the appointment, I learned they had postponed it by another week to 'order parts.' When the technician finally arrived, he had no parts and claimed he was unaware of any orders. He spent twenty minutes on the phone with the manufacturer and stated that parts would be shipped to my address, advising me to schedule another appointment once they arrived. Now, a week later, the parts have not arrived, and when I contacted the service provider, they informed me they are awaiting authorization to order the parts. My next appointment is set for two weeks from now, which will mean about seven weeks without a functioning appliance that broke shortly after purchase. This has been the worst repair service experience I've ever had due to poor and dishonest communication. I recommend seeking another provider for appliance repairs.
