I have been trying to obtain services from this company for over a month and a half. They keep postponing my appointments week after week. The chat feature is ineffective and rarely connects me with someone. Calling is a nightmare; I have to leave messages but never receive a response. I cannot recommend this service provider to anyone in need of repairs.
