After calling Kitchenaid to have my 2-year-old microwave repaired, they scheduled me for service through Goodman with an appointment in three days, but they indicated that Goodman would call me the following day to set an arrival time. I didn't receive a call from Goodman the following day but received their ringless voicemail message two days later saying that I was scheduled for service in two weeks. I immediately called them back but was sent to VM where I left a message asking them to call me concerning my scheduled service appointment. After waiting a week for a response from Goodman, I called them again to cancel my service appointment. When I explained why I was cancelling the appointment, the Goodman service rep argued like it was my fault that Kitchenaid quoted me a service date two weeks earlier than Goodman could support. Obviously, Goodman's service support process is broken as they should have at least promptly returned my call. There are plenty of appliance repair providers out there, so don't choose to go with one that is consistently rate less than 2 stars.
