Great communication and very friendly, we had weekly contact on the phone as we were looking to complete withing 8-10 weeks and thanks to Zoe we completed in just under 10 weeks. Any issues we had in the house before purchase (like a small leak on a toilet and one of the windows) was dealt with very quickly and everything was up to a good standard and in good working condition when we moved in!
