I made two purchases with this company. The first was a custom order for just over $700, which I chose to pay for upfront instead of using my net 60 terms. I placed the order on November 8th, and today is January 18th. It’s been over two months, and I haven’t received this order, nor can I get any response from support. My second order, placed on November 20th using the net 60 option, was delivered without issues within three weeks. Despite emailing support multiple times for an update on my first order, I received no reply, only offers for discounts on their sister sites. I spent nearly $800 on this order, intended as a Christmas gift that is now supposed to be a Valentine's gift, but I’m starting to doubt it will arrive at all.
