I began this program 9 weeks ago, and it has truly transformed my life. After undergoing a complex knee surgery in February, I struggled with my fitness. I could barely walk half a mile without feeling exhausted. Since starting the program, my fitness has improved dramatically; I can now walk 3 miles multiple times a week and aim to do even more.
