I'm already noticing the benefits. There are also chat groups available if you want to connect with other members. All very encouraging and highly recommended.
I highly recommend this exercise program. Taking classes at home offers great flexibility and feels less intimidating. The gradual progression has given me the confidence to keep going. There are alternative options available if needed. As I advanced in the program, my motivation to continue increased significantly!
I began this program 9 weeks ago, and it has truly transformed my life. After undergoing a complex knee surgery in February, I struggled with my fitness. I could barely walk half a mile without feeling exhausted. Since starting the program, my fitness has improved dramatically; I can now walk 3 miles multiple times a week and aim to do even more. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. This program allows me to regain my fitness without overwhelming me. The sessions are challenging yet manageable at 20 minutes each. Approaching my 78th birthday, I feel significantly better than I did just a year ago. I’ve now committed to a year with this program, and the coach is incredibly motivating, supported by a fantastic community group!

This is an outstanding 9-week program. You can follow the classes from home on your TV or smartphone. The coach creates an environment that feels like you're part of a group, even while working at your own pace. At over 70, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my balance and fitness.
