Unhelpful Support and Broken Promises

I pre-ordered on the first day at a lower price, expecting the usual benefits of pre-ordering. The order was delayed far beyond the initially communicated timeframe. Customer support specifically stated the item would ship before Christmas, but that promise was missed, and I only received vague estimates despite my inquiries. In the meantime, the same item became available at multiple stores for immediate delivery, meaning pre-order customers received the product later than regular buyers. No compensation was offered for the long delay, and the support team claimed they were not accountable and do not provide goodwill. The status updates were inconsistent. I would not recommend pre-ordering, as it offers neither priority fulfillment nor reliable communication, and I will not order from them again.
