VERY GOOD COMPANY. The occasional delays on pre-ordered products can be annoying, but it is always done to ensure quality and perfection with their products. I appreciate their effort in producing high quality anime figures and I will support them well into the future. They are even so kind as to send replacement parts for pieces of your figure that may have been damaged so long as you preordered from them and have proof of purchase.
