We were approved for Goodstack on June this year, and ever since it has been almost 3 months that we struggle to get our Google workspace for nonprofits account activated.I am not sure what's going on but I cannot help but to blame goodstack in this situation, they should maintain the offers from their partners and should let us know if it's indeed that the average approval from Google is within 3 days and not 3 months like this.Would be nice if they can be contacted about this situation but it seems that they moved from zendesk help desk into hubspot for some reason and I cannot find anyway to contact them anymore for this case.And thus for 3 months we're met with radio silence from Google who I am not sure what are they doing leaving our application hanging with zero email, that's why I suspect Google probably reached out to Goodstack and instead and Goodstack probably does not respond and just leave our application hanging.I hope goodstack helps in getting approved as well because google clearly does not talk to nonprofits evident in how they do not even email us at all for 3 months and we're just stuck in paid workspace plan while waiting, so much for efficiency.
