Refused access to Adobe products, no reason given. Hard to find a way to directly communicate with goodstack. Email didnt work, no phone number, nothing. Update: Even though things started out rocky, Goodstack did finally connect with me through a real person and took care of the problem. I went to 4 stars as the initial problem is still a hassle and it wasnt easy to immediately find a live person, but Goodstack did make amends and I appreciate it.
