This is our third review for Goodstack, our first and second reviews were removed and unfortunately we have nowhere else to turn except to Trustpilot, our last interaction with Goodstack was on 30/07/2025 and our first interaction with them was on 19/06/2025, we have tried being patience and helpful to the entire process but as soon as our Trustpilot got removed we were left hanging by Goodstack support again, it's 13/08/2025 and we have not heard back from them again after their staff promised to return back to us "As soon as possible".I feel like they would push to remove this review again instead of genuinely trying to communicate with us, which 13 days are enough time to wait for them to reply back our email, which they didn't.I should note that we have provided a lot of documentations to support our application for Goodstack and I think it should be fair after all the process that we've been through that we're getting something back in return, after all, the validation process is their process to filter eligible organizations, and we're sure that based on their own description on their website, that our organization is and should be eligible.I hope to hear back from them because there's still that believe that Goodstack is still "want to see our application approved so that our organization can focus on doing good", I won't mind to keep leaving review if it gets removed if that means a response from the their side.
