Goodstack has consistently requested repeated verification documentation which has been exhausting and unprofessional. A straightforward process has become a downward spiral, we simply sought to receive the Zoom Product ( Final documentation) was sent on July 28,2025. We requested the Canva product a few days later, we had no knowledge that a dual request would lead to "confusion" with Goodstack, because NOW we need to ReApply [for the Zoom Product] no explanation was rendered that our application had been disapproved. This has been an exhausting and a time-wasting experience, Goodstack’s poor communication, and inconsistency has created a very unpleasant experience for a nonprofit that is trying to ensure resources are made accessible for victims and survivors of Family and Domestic Violence.
