I have been getting the runaround from Goodstacks over confirming my affiliation with the nonprofit organization that I am a member and on the Board Of Directors of. I have sent them the required Certificate Of Formation showing my name and address as one of the Board Of Directors as well as my government-issued driver license which states my name and address. Instead they want an ID Card from the organization. How can I use my driver license as proof of my identity to drive a motor vehicle and board an airplane but its not good enough to establish my identity (and along with the Certificate Of Formation establish my affiliation). Instead of working with me to offer solutions to help Goodstacks just gives me the runaround with multiple emails that just say the same thing. Unfortunately Im seeing plenty of negative reviews from other users with similar experiences.
