The tool for uploading documentation only allows 1 document (when multiple are required), this simple step could ease the process for many nonprofits Then I had an immediate rejection and a succession of back and forth emails with requests for documents, an eventual approval that did not show and once I escalated and a review on here, I was finally approved and everything is working great. Thank you Goodstack for reviewing the matter and resolving, I think there are aspects of this process that could be improved for sure, but glad we got there
