I provided non-profit status to Goodstack three times, yet was rejected by Auth0 as being a non-profit. We started our non-profit in 2011 and have been verified in Canada, the US, through TechSoup, Benevity, and CRA (Canada Revenue Agency). My negative review garnered some support from Goodstack and they reviewed what I'd sent in on the fourth time and I got a follow up conversation. We are finally recognized as a nonprofit.
