My experience with the service has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After completing their full verification process, my nonprofit application was denied. Later, the team acknowledged that this denial was a mistake and confirmed that both the nonprofit status of the organization and my connection to it had been verified. I was specifically advised to reapply and was told my new application would be prioritized for faster approval. Despite following those instructions and reapplying on December 6, there has been no meaningful communication from the service. There have been no requests for additional documents, no clarification, and no outreach whatsoever. Instead, the application continues to be declined without any explanation. The most frustrating part isn’t even the rejection itself, but the complete silence and lack of transparency after they recognized their earlier mistake. For an organization responsible for nonprofit verification, this level of customer experience is unacceptable. It has undoubtedly been the worst support experience I have encountered anywhere.
