As a regular customer who has just travelled to India using this companies insurance I thought it would be easy to ask for a quote for a last minute ski holiday, but not to be the case. Although they hold all my medical history their operative Cedric insisted on going through everything again, and although I am 76 I am not happy to be treated in a condescending manner when a simple yes /no question answer was ambiguous. I dropped the call after being ask multi times, yes or no, getting slower and more offensive, and he refused assist clarifying the ambiguity, or to to pass me to another operative. I have now booked with SAGA which I must say was a much simpler clearer online process, better telephone support and cheaper.!!!!
