Their website is very misleading. I paid a huge premium for my insurance but what was listed on my quote didn’t actually translate to what my cover provided. Was left high and dry with what I thought was a good policy but turned out to be very basic.
Won’t be buying insurance from these again.
I purchased a Goodtogo travel insurance policy via Just Travel and am now finding their claims process is appalling !! I claimed on 9th January 2026 but now my emails go unanswered and telephone calls go through to handlers in the Philippines !! I am told that they will escalate to management and I will receive an email before close of play that day .. sadly I do not !!
The claims process is so involved that I expect many people do not bother claiming. You buy the policy through Just Travel, the policy is underwritten by Goodtogo but you have to claim through IMG (International Medical Group) who are based in the Philppines !! This is crazy !!
I am despairing of ever getting my money !!

I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail given to me by your member of staff called Nondumiso. She was very calm and patient with me as I told her of my health issues, and clearly explained all aspects of my insurance cover.
The insurance service requested that I reach out to them following a previous review I submitted. I did so, but despite my responses regarding the lost currency and providing the required genuine proof, they continue to ask me to fill out forms and send them to my address via post. These forms originated from their office and were returned to them. I’m no longer willing to invest any more time in this matter; it has become absurd! I would never choose this travel insurance again in the future!
A straightforward way to obtain the travel insurance I required. The pricing was very competitive, and the entire experience was seamless. Communication was effective as well. I would definitely choose this service again for any future travel insurance needs.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the insurance service. I submitted a claim weeks ago and promptly provided all the requested evidence to the claims team. Since then, there has been no significant progress. After a long period of silence, the only reply I received was a request to resend the same documents I had already submitted. I complied again, and since then, I’ve been entirely ignored. There have been no updates, no explanations, and no responses to my follow-ups. As a result, I am now significantly out of pocket with no resolution in sight. This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience, and the lack of communication is unacceptable for any insurance provider. If you’re thinking about using this insurance, I would advise against it. Based on my experience, it’s unreliable when you truly need to make a claim.
