STAY CLEAR OF THIS GOODWILL LOCATION-----VERY DECEPTIVE & VERY DISHONEST---------This Goodwill online location incorrectly listed the wrong size of the item we purchased & refused to respond to our message asking for a return label. We had to ask our bank's claim's department to recover our funds. Goodwill's staff stated to our bank that they issued a return label after Goodwill's staff deleted all our messages asking for a return label. This was 100% untrue as their staff ignored our messages asking for a return label. Of course the bank's claim's department needed those messages to investigate. We have given this Goodwill's legal department 7 days to provide a return label or we will proceed with legal that will allow our attorneys to get all the notes that deleted attempting to remove evidence that supports our claim for a full refund.
