It appears the service thinks it can take advantage of customers through their app. I placed an order on December 21st, but it never arrived, and I reported the issue immediately. The driver claimed it was delivered, but that wasn’t true. I searched my entire building for my order, but found nothing. The driver said he took a picture but never provided it to me. Since the 21st, I’ve been trying to resolve this with the company to get my money back. Today, I received an email stating they believe the order was delivered, leaving me without a refund. This situation is unacceptable! Moreover, the company failed to provide the promised picture as well!
