I’ve had bad experiences with Dragonfly Courier in the past, but today was completely different.
Gurjeet Gill, the driver who delivered my package, was incredibly kind and helpful. I asked if he could deliver it to my workplace since I wasn’t home, and the neighbor I had asked to receive it wasn’t answering my calls.
He was very patient and even waited for my neighbor to show up, but when my neighbor didn’t come, he remained accommodating and understanding when I called him.
Thank you so much, Gurjeet Gill. Your service went beyond my expectations. I honestly thought I wouldn’t receive my package and was already feeling upset at work.
Dragonfly, you should have more delivery drivers like Gurjeet Gill.
Company represented themselves as Canadian, they are not, they order product from China. There is no sizing chart on the site and when the product arrives, it is too small, as Canadian sizing is considerably different to Chinese sizing. Then the company tells you that they will refund 15 percent and just keep the product that doesn't fit.
It seems the service believes it can take advantage of customers through their app. I placed an order on December 21st but never received it, and I reported the issue immediately. The driver claimed it was delivered, but that was not the case. I searched my entire building for my order, but found nothing. The driver mentioned he took a picture but never shared it with me. Since the 21st, I've been trying to resolve this with the company to get my money back. Today, I received an email stating they think the order was delivered, leaving me without a refund. This is unacceptable! Additionally, the company didn't provide the promised picture either!

The platform currently holds $57,000 of my funds and refuses to release them. They are asking for an additional fee to 'process' my request. This feels like a scam! I cannot trust them after they refused to give me access to my money. They also seem to have connections with questionable entities currently under investigation. I strongly advise against using this service!

I recently visited a nail salon where my technician was friendly and skilled. The salon was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere. My gel manicure lasted for weeks without chipping. I highly recommend this place for quality service!
They confirmed my order but sent the wrong items and refuse to address the issue. They claim not to have received my return requests and are now beyond the return period. The company takes no responsibility and insists I accepted their terms at purchase. I'm shocked by their lack of customer support.
