It seems the service believes it can take advantage of customers through their app. I placed an order on December 21st but never received it, and I reported the issue immediately. The driver claimed it was delivered, but that was not the case. I searched my entire building for my order, but found nothing. The driver mentioned he took a picture but never shared it with me. Since the 21st, I've been trying to resolve this with the company to get my money back. Today, I received an email stating they think the order was delivered, leaving me without a refund. This is unacceptable! Additionally, the company didn't provide the promised picture either!
