If I could give 100 stars, that would not be enough for Rhonda. She is the Champion of Customer Service. I was freaking out due to my lease payment being returned. I was advised by another Pathlight associate who said our checking account was closed, and the payment was returned. Of course I was upset, but Rhonda listened to me attentively without interruption. She addressed my concerns with great empathy, and took the next steps to resolve. She kept her word to contact me with updates. Rhonda is a gem, and Pathlight is blessed to have her.
