I contacted the support team, and 96 hours ago, I was assured by a representative that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Now, I have been charged for the item. I was asked to wait another 48 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Five people have noted that this is the fault of the platform, yet none have processed my refund. They keep asking for more time while charging me for something that was clearly returned. This situation is disgraceful, and I will not purchase from this platform again.
