Pathetic Service and Unresponsiveness

I am extremely disappointed with the abysmal service provided by Google Fiber. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating, culminating in an unresolved service request that has been pending for over a month. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the response has been non-existent.Lack of Response to Service RequestsI initially created a service request over a month ago, expecting a prompt and professional resolution. However, Google Fiber's customer service has been anything but responsive. After waiting for weeks without any update or action, I decided to follow up through various channels.Multiple Unsuccessful Contact AttemptsI approached Google Fiber via email, text, and phone calls, hoping to get some attention to my unresolved issue. Each method led to the same dead end:Emails went unanswered, leaving me to wonder if they were even being read.Texts were ignored, providing no reassurance or acknowledgment.Phone calls were especially frustrating. Not only did I fail to get any concrete answers, but there were also no supervisors available to escalate my complaint to. Each call felt like an endless loop of unhelpful responses.No Supervisor AvailabilityThe absence of any available supervisor to address my concerns is unacceptable. It's a basic expectation for any service-oriented company to have a system in place for handling escalations. Google Fiber's failure in this regard speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.Escalation to NC DOJAs a last resort, I submitted a formal complaint to the North Carolina Department of Justice (NC DOJ). Even after this serious step, there has been no response from Google Fiber. Their disregard for a formal complaint from a regulatory body is both shocking and disheartening. This level of negligence is indicative of a company that has little to no regard for its customers or their grievances.ConclusionIn summary, Google Fiber's customer service is pathetically inadequate. The complete lack of response and accountability is unacceptable for any service provider.
